Clinical & Translational Science Institute

We accelerate the translation of research discoveries into improved health.

NYU Langone Health’s Clinical and Translational Science Institute improves the way clinical and translational research is conducted. We provide essential research services, resources, and training that foster collaboration and accelerate the transition of research discoveries into treatments that benefit patients.

With funding from the National Institutes of Health’s Clinical and Translational Science Awards Program, we develop and share methods for improving the efficiency of research teams at NYU Langone, as well as the quality of their research. We also help our researchers engage community stakeholders in New York City, one of the nation’s largest, most diverse metropolises.

How to Acknowledge the Clinical and Translational Science Institute

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) requires investigators who publish translational research to acknowledge the Clinical and Translational Science Institute Awards in all publications and related forms of media if institutional services were used to support or fund their research. Researchers may use the following manuscript citation:

“This research is supported in part by an NYU CTSA grant (include UL1 TR001445, KL2 TR001446, or TL1 TR001447) from the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences, National Institutes of Health.”

Please review the NIH’s Public Access Policy. We request that NYU Langone researchers send copies of research publications to our administrative offices via email or mail.
