Bellevue Innovation Laboratory

The Bellevue Innovation Laboratory is a pilot program established by the Department of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. The program is designed to build research capabilities and infrastructure, which enable faculty to utilize the wealth of clinical information available at Bellevue for research projects and to inform clinical practice. 

Funded by gifts and departmental support, current projects focus on developing capabilities related to services research that leverages data already available and documents the impact of innovative clinical practices at Bellevue including:

  • Children’s Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (C-CPEP)
  • Partial hospital
  • Early childhood mental health
  • Intensive outpatient services
  • Juvenile justice (especially traumatic stress)
