Application Instructions

Before submitting an application, please contact the CTSI Core(s) you need for your study to obtain a quote and feasibility status.


To submit an application for a new study (i.e., one that has not already applied to or is currently associated with the CTSI), please follow these instructions: Step 1 and Step 2. Note that applying is a two-step process: you will need to (1) initiate the new application with a short form and then (2) complete/submit the full application in a web-based program called WebCAMP.


For existing CTSI studies (i.e., ones that have previously applied to or are already associated with the CTSI), the PI and coordinator of the study will receive emailed instructions on how to submit a renewal application approximately three weeks ahead of the study's renewal date. As the study already has a record in WebCAMP, the renewal must be submitted directly through here. Both the PI and coordinator will have accounts and temporary Passwords assigned to them for access.
