Jingyun "Josh" Chen received his Ph.D. in biomedical engineering at Simon Fraser University in 2011. He continued his researches as a postdoctoral scholar at the Pacific Parkinson’s Research Center at the University of British Columbia in 2012, and the Brain and Mind Institute at the University of Western Ontario in 2013. He joined NYU Langone in 2014. He is now a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology and holds a secondary appointment in the Department of Radiology. His research interests include multi-modal MRI and PET data analysis, with applications in brain disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease, post-traumatic stress disorder, and traumatic brain injury.
