Neurology Residency, NYU Manhattan Track

Introduction

The NYU Langone Neurology Residency Training Program is more than just an ACGME-accredited three-year training program, it’s an experience! You will receive worlds of exposure to diverse patient populations. The training experience allows you to encounter neurological disorders from to the earliest point of diagnosis to the most advanced stages. The Residency Program’s leadership and mentors understand what is important as you plan the next stage of your training. We treat our residents as our future colleagues since many of our residents continue here for subspecialty training and faculty positions.

Our strategy is to consistently seek out opportunities to enhance your learning experience. Over the last several years we have added a dynamic Patient Oriented Research Curriculum, an exceptional Mentorship Program, and integrated use of the state of the art NYSIM Center (Simulation Center). Each year, NYU Langone accepts eleven residents to join our Residency Program. Graduates are eligible to take the certifying examination offered by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Preliminary year of Internal Medicine spots are available at NYU Langone.
