Melissa Nirenberg, MD, PhD to Lead Talk on Parkinson's Secrets and Myths

Melissa J. Nirenberg, M.D., Ph.D., F.A.A.N., movement disorders specialist at the Fresco Institute at NYU Langone Medical Center, will lead an educational seminar entitled, “Parkinson’s Disease Secrets, Myths, and Misconceptions,” as part of the Parkinson's Disease Foundation's (PDF) series of talks by experts on recent advances in the science and treatment of Parkinson’s disease.

Dr. Nirenberg is one of the more than 150 movement disorder specialists nationwide who have undergone PDF-supported fellowship training at the PDF Research Center at Columbia University Medical Center to specialize in Parkinson's. She will be joined by moderator Beth Vernaleo, Ph.D., Associate Director of Research Programs at PDF.

The event will take place on Friday, November 4, 2016, 2:00 PM at the Cornell Club of New York in Manhattan.
