Research Assistant in Research Ethics

The Division of Medical Ethics is seeking applicants for a part-time research assistant position that would be well-suited for a college student planning a career in science, medicine, or drug development, with an interest in clinical and research ethics, or a graduate student in bioethics, ethics, or a related field. The research assistant would help with a research ethics-related project involving 50 hours of work, at least 10 hours per week. Computer skills, particularly familiarity with Excel and internet research, and attentiveness to detail are important for this position. Salary is a stipend of $1,000, and no benefits are included. The starting date is negotiable, but we are looking to fill the position as soon as possible.

Research Assistant in History of Medicine, Bioethics, and Evidence-Based Medicine

The Division of Medical Ethics is seeking a research assistant for a project involving the history of medicine, bioethics, and evidence-based medicine, ideally someone with graduate training in one of these fields. The project involves reviewing primary and secondary documents, summarizing findings, and possibly interviewing historical figures.
