• BSL-1 (nonhuman or fixed human cells and cell lines)

Attune NxT Sample Preparation

• Use only 12 × 75 mm polystyrene sample tubes (polypropylene are not compatible).
• If using auto sampler: 96 well plates
• Concentration should be 1– × 10⁶ cells/mL in at least 250 ul.
• Always bring extra media to dilute if necessary.
• Filter all samples.
