Pre-Sedation Assessment - ASA Classification (Health Status)
Class II Mild systemic disease
Class III Severe but not incapacitating systemic disease
Class IV Incapacitating systemic disease that is a constant threat to life
Class V Moribund patient not expected
to survive more than 24 hours
