Adjunct Professor, Department of Neurology
My research currently focuses on the study of visual and perceptual abnormalities occurring in Parkinson's Disease and on the development of new modalities of neurorehabilitation for these patients, including non-invasive brain stimulation and complementary approaches like art therapy. I am also particularly interested in clinical validation of novel therapeutics by means of multimodal biomarkers combining brain imaging, neurophysiology, and genomics in patients affected by movement disorders and other neurodegenerative conditions.
