NYU Langone offers housing assistance to MD students, MD/PhD students, Sackler Institute of Graduate Biomedical Sciences PhD students, and to eligible faculty and staff, including full-time house staff, nurses, and postdoctoral research fellows. Students are guaranteed housing offers when they first matriculate. For eligible staff and faculty, housing requests are subject to varying procedures and priorities, and waiting lists. The Housing Services Office, located at One Park Avenue, fifth floor, is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00AM to 5:00PM, except holidays.
