Clinical Assistant Professor, Department of Population Health
I am a child clinical psychologist dedicated to the support of children and families. I specialize in culturally responsive approaches to family engagement, children’s social emotional learning, positive identity development, and the treatment of children's anxiety.
Through my work with ParentCorps, within the Center for Early Childhood Health and Development, I help schools partner with families to help all children thrive. Specifically, I provide professional development for teachers and oversee the implementation of evidence-based programming for families and preschool children, with the ultimate goal of building safe, nurturing and predictable environments for children.
