My research identifies individual differences in susceptibility for mental illness and chronic disease following exposure to traumatic life stress. This work informs the development and implementation of personalized mind-body interventions delivered in communities, workplaces, and hospitals. The goal of this work is to promote whole person health across the lifespan with a particular focus on women, children, and families.
