Javier M. Martinez Rodriguez

As a Program Specialist at the Network of the National Library of Medicine's National Center for Data Services (NCDS), I am responsible for project management, event hosting, class development, and administrative tasks. 

My role includes helping to coordinate data education efforts within NNLM’s regions, partnering and maintaining relationships with external organizations like the Data Curation Network, and assisting with the administration of flagship NCDS programs such as the Fundamentals classes for research data management and data science as well as the Data Internship program.

My current interests include researching and addressing barriers for minorities in Health Sciences Librarianship, particularly in Data Services. I am also interested in increasing access to multilingual health information.
