Margaret R. Horlick, MD

My research and clinical work are focused on understanding and supporting the development of  medical trainees. I believe we can prepare future physicians to thrive in their careers by supporting their engagement in authentic patient care, facilitating discussions about these experiences, and providing innovative curriculum. In my role as director of the internal medicine residency program, I work to support and assess the clinical learning environment and program curriculum's ability to foster a culture of inquiry, critical thinking and community.
