I have been working on molecular biology and drug development in oncology in an industrial setting including target identification, chemical scaffold optimization and animal models for more than 15 years. As the lab supervisor and industrial project manager, I am currently working with various lung cancer mouse models and drug test using GEMMs and xenograft through both academic (Harvard, MIT and MD Anderson etc.) and industrial (Novartis, AZ, Pfizer, GSK, Eli Lilly and Gilead etc.) collaborations. Meanwhile, I am utilizing a 3D culture new platform using patient biopsy samples for personalized treatment strategy. Main role involves research proposal and budgeting, group leading, project execution and management.
