Research Associate Professor, Department of Urology
My research investigates the molecular pathogenesis and treatment of bladder cancer, urinary tract infections, human fetal genitourinary tract development, and kidney stone diseases. Utilizing a combination of cell and molecular biology, histology, immunology, biochemistry, physiology, genomics, and bioinformatics, I employ preclinical animal models and advanced gene-editing technologies to explore these areas.
