Coursework in Developmental Genetics

Our coursework in Developmental Genetics offers students a broad yet integrated curriculum in comparative developmental biology, genetics, and molecular biology. Our faculty equip students to synthesize information gleaned from an array of developmental systems and apply it to their current and future research.

In addition to courses taken by all PhD candidates at the Vilcek Institute of Graduate Biomedical Sciences, students whose research focuses on developmental biology can take the following courses.

Developmental and Stem Cell Systems
Genetics and Genomics
Topics in Molecular Biology
Cell Biology
Introduction to Molecular Genetics
Developmental Neurobiology
