IBD Qorus: Improving the Quality of Care for Adults with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)
The IBD Qorus Program focuses on developing a patient and provider learning health system that will support the testing of strategies to improve care for adult IBD patients. The goal of IBD Qorus is to collect health information from adults with IBD to better understand the disease and ultimately improve care for you and other adults living with IBD. Throughout the course of this program, you will use what is called the IBD Qorus Platform, to enter and track your IBD health information and goals. The collection of this data may help make the time you have with your provider more productive in addressing your goals and needs. We expect up to 100,000 adults with IBD across the United States at 90 different study sites to enroll in this study by December 2030.
