Registry for SETD2 Neurodevelopmental Disorder
This study involves the collection of data from individuals who have SETD2-neurodevelopmental disorders. By collecting clinical information and administering surveys to affected individuals or their guardians, we hope to gain insight on the disorder. We hope to gather information regarding the syndrome and establish a clinical presentation of associated syndrome through identifying subjects through social media groups related to the specific disorder. All data - clinical, biochemical, radiological, and genetic information from each patient- will be stored in a RedCap database in compliance with HIPPA.
Registry of COVID-19 Survivors: Assessment of ICU and Non-ICU Survivors: A Creation of a COVID Survivorship Database
COVID-19 is associated with acute pulmonary and cardiac injury. To better understand the degree and severity of cardiopulmonary injury as well as short and long-term sequelae of COVID-19 infection, this study will perform longitudinal study in patients who had recent known diagnosis of COVID-19. Provide structural and function information about lung and heart using chest imaging, MRI, Echo, Spirometry, and blood markers in order to assess severity of cardiopulmonary injury and short- and long-term sequelae of COVID-19 infection as well as assess indicators of mental health and quality of life.
Registry of Patients with INOCA
The objective of the study is to create a registry of patients with ischemia with nonobstructive coronary arteries (INOCA) to better understand prevalence, clinical characteristics, and symptom burden over time. Participants will answer set of questionnaires about their medical history and current health status. INOCA occurs where there is ischemia, which is an imbalance between the amount of blood the heart needs in a certain situation (like exercise, or emotional stress) and the amount of blood the heart gets through its arteries. In the case of INOCA, ischemia is not from artery narrowing by plaque buildup. Some people with INOCA can have symptoms of “angina” which includes chest pain, shortness of breath, fatigue, nausea/vomiting, jaw pain, or arm pain. INOCA is more common in women than in men. .
