Renal Transplant Equity Through Partnership and Structural Transformation
This is a formative study evaluating the effect of community health workers and provider education on kidney transplant waitlisting compared to usual care. In this study, the study team will conduct in depth individual interviews and/or group focus groups with individuals involved in all aspects of the kidney transplantation process to have them share their feelings, perceptions, and knowledge on the kidney transplantation process. The study team will use information learned from these sessions to better inform our subsequent intervention and provider education materials.
