The mission of the Division of Precision Medicine at NYU Grossman School of Medicine is research-centered and concentrates on the following objectives:

• understanding the molecular basis of disease
• leveraging technology for the delivery of optimal patient-specific care
• helping translate research discoveries into clinical action

Our team carries out investigations with the goal of transforming our research into advances that improve health outcomes for individual patients and that have a global impact. Our research has led to the development of computational tools to aid diagnosis and treatment of disease.
