Residency Program in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Our residency program strives to create an environment in which residents, from diverse backgrounds, gain skills and experiences that enable them to pursue a fulfilling, successful career in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Our mission is to provide a structured educational environment for the development of superbly trained physicians in general obstetrics and gynecology. We also provide outstanding professional opportunities post residency for those interested in pursuing Ob/Gyn fellowships or securing positions as attending physicians in private practice or academic institutions.

To accomplish this, we want to create a nurturing community which empowers residents to take an active role in their own education and to make their own wellness and satisfaction a priority.

As our residents become advocates for their patients, they become compassionate and accountable for the care they give. They become independent physicians.

The goal is attentive, personalized, effective, and evidence-based care for women. This improves the lives of women individually and in society.
