Protocol#87704916LUC1001 A Phase 1 Open-Label Multicenter Dose Escalation and Expansion Study of ONCR-177 an Oncolytic Herpes Simplex Virus for Intratumoral Injection Alone and in Combination With PD-1 Blockade in Adult Subjects With Advanced and/or
This study is testing two different treatments (LY3537982 in combination with pembrolizumab against a placebo combined with pembrolizumab) for a cancer called KRAS G12C-mutant NSCLC (non-small cell lung cancer). The study has two parts: Part A compares the treatments with one another for patients whose cancer has a marker called PD-L1 at a level of 50% or higher. Part B looks at the same treatments for patients with PD-L1 ranging from 0 to 100%. The decision about which part a patient joins depends on their doctor and what's best for treatment. Before joining, some patients might get one cycle of regular treatment if they really need it. The study also has two different doses of LY3537982 in combination with pembrolizumab, and they're trying to figure out the best amount, comparing different options to see which one works better. Overall, the study team is hoping to find better treatments for this type of lung cancer.
Proximal Phalanx Fractures Registry
The purpose of this study is to prospectively collect data and observe clinical outcomes following the treatment of proximal phalanx fractures with SOC modalities, including but not limited to closed reduction percutaneous pinning (CRPP), open reduction internal fixation (ORIF), and treatment with headless compression screws (HCS). Patients will be recruited and observed prospectively throughout the duration of their treatment. The approximate sample size will be 200 patients who present at NYU and related sites who have had a proximal phalanx fracture. Demographic data will be collected at initial visit and participants will be then be followed and observed longitudinally to determine the outcome of standard of care treatment options.

Psoriatic Response and Onset: Genes Radiology Environment Skin and Synovium)
Psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis are inflammatory conditions of the skin and joints affecting millions of individuals that can lead to chronic pain and deformities. The research is aimed to discover what factors lead to the development of and determine the severity of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. The researchers intend to study the clinical, environmental, and biologic factors (such as the immune system and the role of bacteria) that contribute to the development, comorbidities, and outcomes of psoriatic disease. Samples of blood and optional imaging and collection of urine, saliva, skin swabs, stool, synovial fluid (fluid in the joint), scalp hair follicles, skin biopsies, and synovial biopsies (collection of joint tissue) will be assessed to establish differences among patients at different points in their psoriatic disease spectrum.
