Retrospective Multi-Center Pediatric Spine Patient Registry
The Pediatric Spine Registry is a tool designed to assist surgeons to efficiently track patients with chest wall and spinal disorders. A single surgeon could spend his entire career and not treat enough patients with a particular condition to be able to conduct research and develop best practices for that condition. Therefore, registries have been created in response to that problem; allowing the collection of data from multiple surgeons across multiple sites. Consequently, this registry will assist with future research studies for specific spine and chest wall disorders by serving as a source of information on many subjects.

Reversing Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Through Exercise
neuropathy symptoms. Diabetes mellitus (DM) affects 26 million people in the United States, with 30 –50% of type-2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients developing diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Prolonged DPN can lead to muscle deterioration, fat deposits, and loss of muscle endurance which can contribute to altered gait, impaired balance, and increased fall risk. There are no therapies to prevent or reverse the progress of DPN. Therefore, it is very important to establish effective treatments for DPN. The study involves a 10-week exercise regimen that has been used by another research group at the University of Kansas Medical Center. This study is looking to enroll 40 patients with DPN.

RevMed RMC-6236-001: A Phase 1/1b Multicenter Open-Label Study of RMC-6236 in Subjects with Advanced Solid Tumors Harboring Mutations in KRAS at Position G12.
This study is testing a new medicine, RMC-6236, for patients with certain advanced cancers that have specific changes in a gene called RAS. RMC-6236 aims to stop the growth of cancer cells. This study has two parts. In the first part, the study team will figure out the most effective amount of the medicine with the least amount of side effects by testing different doses of the medicine. In the second part, more patients will get the chosen dose to see if it works well for specific types of cancer like lung, pancreatic, and colorectal cancers. The study team will also check if taking the medicine with or without food makes a difference. The goal is to find a better treatment for these specific cancers, as current treatments often don't work well. The study team will closely watch patients for safety, and it aims to see if RMC-6236 could be a helpful option for these types of cancers.
