CEDER Impact
The National Center for Engagement in Diabetes Research (CEDER) Needs and Assets Assessment survey gathered input from 190 respondents in the United States working in type 2 diabetes (T2D) programs and research from June to November 2024. The survey identified key challenges and areas for support, such as securing grant funding, program evaluation, study design, and participant recruitment. Interest in training and resources aligned with these needs, with all groups prioritizing grant funding assistance.
CEDER is addressing these findings through expert recruitment, consultations, webinars, and an online resource hub to better support partnership engagement in T2D research and programs.
