Service requests or equipment reservations to NYU Langone’s Immune Monitoring Laboratory are managed through iLab.

Creating a Service Request

Login to iLab, then select “Immune Monitoring Laboratory.” Next, select the “Request Services” tab and click on the “Request Service” button next to the service of interest. You may be asked to complete a form before submitting the request. We review your request and either agree to the work or ask for more information, if needed.

Creating an Equipment Reservation

Login to iLab, then select “Immune Monitoring Laboratory.” Next, select the “Schedule Equipment” tab and click on the “View Schedule” button next to the instrument of interest. Click and drag on the time frame during which you would like to schedule your reservation.

A window will pop up for you to verify your reservation’s details and provide payment information before saving the reservation.
