2025
- January: Our Manuscript “Matrix glycosaminoglycans and proteoglycans in human cornea organoids and similarities with fetal corneal stages” by Ashworth, Sean and others is now in press in Ocular Surface.
- February: George received a Catalyst Research Grant from the National Eczema Association for his project titled “Extracellular matrix proteoglycans regulate T cell functions during allergic contact dermatitis". Congratulations George!
2024
- August 26: Elizabeth Shin just joined our group to help with our Keratoconus study and research on the extracellular matrix and immune regulations. Welcome Elizabeth!

- July: Madhuri Koduri, who acquired her PhD from the L V Prasad Eye Institute, joined our lab to research oxidative stress in keratoconus. Welcome Madhuri!

2022
- October 28: Our manuscript “Single cell RNA-seq of human cornea organoids identifies cell fates of a developing immature cornea” by Maiti, George and others is now in press in PNAS Nexcus.
- August 26: Mackenzie Charter is going to graduate school this Fall. While we will miss her, we are proud of her. Good luck with your studies!
