Volunteers and citizen science
We welcome students and individuals to volunteer in our lab to support its research mission. Please email Dr. Torres-Vázquez at Jtorresv@NYULangone.org to inquire about volunteering opportunities. You must be at least 16 years old when you apply. We understand the importance of your other commitments, so please specify your availability (days and times) to determine feasibility. We appreciate volunteers who can commit for at least two months and contribute a few hours to up to 40 hours weekly, primarily on weekdays. It takes approximately 30 days from the day the Principal Investigator agrees to your volunteering to authorization and onboarding by Human Resources to become an NTV (Non-Employee Volunteer).
