Registry for SETD2 Neurodevelopmental Disorder
The purpose of this research study is to collect different type of information about individuals affected by SETD2-neurodevelopmental disorder and their parents/guardians so that the researchers can learn more about the condition. SETD2-neurodevelopmental disorder is rare, with less than 40 individuals currently reported in the medical literature. The researchers hope to gather information regarding the syndrome and establish a clinical presentation of associated syndromes.
Registry of Asthma Patients Initiating
Participant in this observational research study sponsored by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., are being asked to participate because they are receiving treatment with dupilumab, since you are currently being treated for asthma by a study participating physician. The study is being done to characterize and collect long term data on patients 12 years and older with moderate to severe asthma, who receive treatment with dupilumab (also known as DUPIXENT®). DUPIXENT is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of moderate to severe asthma, as well as for atopic dermatitis and Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps (CRSwNP, long-term blocked up or runny nose (chronic rhinosinusitis) with abnormal growths in the nose (nasal polyps)).
Registry of COVID-19 Survivors: Assessment of ICU and Non-ICU Survivors: A Creation of a COVID Survivorship Database
The purpose of this research study is to obtain a better understanding of the structure and functioning of the heart and lungs in those who have been diagnosed with COVID-19. COVID-19 is associated with acute pulmonary and cardiac injury. To better understand the degree and severity of cardiopulmonary injury as well as short and long-term sequelae of COVID-19 infection, this study will perform longitudinal study in patients who had recent known diagnosis of COVID-19.
