Healthy Monday for Hospitals supports patients, caregivers, and staff with tools and resources focused on stress management, physical activity, nutrition, and sleep health.
Holistic Integrative Health Nursing Fellowship
The Lerner Holistic Integrative Health Nursing Fellowship is a comprehensive nine-month program designed to advance the professional development of fellows in holistic nursing and integrative health. Through a diverse curriculum, fellows build resiliency skills and apply proven techniques to enhance person-centered care, improve patient outcomes, and promote professional growth.
Reiki Program
Our certified Reiki practitioners offer this complementary therapy to patients, caregivers, and staff to promote relaxation and support the body’s natural healing processes. This holistic practice enhances overall wellbeing while providing stress relief in healthcare settings. Our program also offers Reiki certification courses, including Reiki Level 1, Reiki Level 2, and a specialized bridge to practice course designed for integrating Reiki into self-care and professional nursing practice.
Self-Care Resource Cart
This initiative equips patients, caregivers, and staff with accessible tools for relaxation and stress management. Born out of the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, our Self-Care Resource Cart promotes resilience and wellbeing in healthcare environments.
