NYU Langone’s Department of Psychiatry offers several educational programs in psychology and counseling that prepare trainees for careers in a variety of academic, clinical, and research settings.

These programs meet the professional needs of a wide variety of trainees, including individuals who are completing or have completed a psychology doctoral training program; physicians who have graduated from a psychiatric residency; and practicing psychiatrists and psychologists.
