Professor discusses work of division with students.

The Division of Medical Humanities is developing educational opportunities for medical professionals at the practicing physician and medical scholar levels. These opportunities include seminars, lectures, colloquia, Graduate Medical Education Courses, webinars, and Certificate and Master Degree Programs in Medical Humanities.

One-month electives in Medical Humanities and History of Medicine are held in select months each year.
The Division of Medical Humanities hosts two Medical Grand Rounds each academic year. Past speakers include Pulitzer-Prize winner Paul Harding, Dr. Rita Charon, Dr. Howard Markel, and more.
The Gold Humanism Honor Society Program for Residents and Fellows was piloted at NYULMC.
The Division has participated in, sponsored, or co-sponsored a number of events. These have included talks, live podcast tapings, film screenings, and more.
