Fellowship Training Programs

NYU Langone’s Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine has a long history of training outstanding leaders in the field of pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine.

Our fellowships offer future pulmonary and critical care medicine physicians, sleep medicine specialists, and interventional pulmonologists comprehensive clinical, didactic, and research training. We also encourage and support interested NYU Langone medical students with a pulmonary consultation elective.

As part of our commitment to education, we present numerous conferences and events throughout the year, including clinical and research conferences, research seminars, and continuing medical education courses.

In the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine, the goal of our three fellowship programs is to provide physicians with diverse and rigorous training in patient care and in clinical, translational, and basic science research.

Our fellows graduate with extensive experience in caring for medically underserved populations and a comprehensive understanding of health disparities. They pursue diverse career paths in clinical practice, scientific research, and academic leadership.

We offer the following training programs:

The division is also actively building fellowship training programs in pulmonary vascular disease, advanced lung disease, and lung transplantation.
