- Unexplained Pediatric Deaths: Investigation, Certification, and Family Needs: Open access book through National Center for Biotechnology Information bookshelf provides national guidance developed by National Association of Medical Examiner’s Panel on Sudden Unexpected Deaths in Pediatrics. This book references two tools: Sudden Unexpected Child Death Investigation Reporting Form and Key Points for Certification of Unexplained Child Deaths (12M and Over).
