The Advanced Ethics Education Program offers certificate courses on a number of advanced topics in bioethics, tailored to professionals in relevant fields including practicing clinicians or advanced trainees, investigators, policymakers, healthcare consultants, and administrators. Participants receive a certificate of course completion, as well as access to an alumni research network and the opportunity to present at the program’s research day.

The first course, Advanced Topics in Transplant Ethics, will be offered in the spring of 2024. Sample topics include ethical considerations in using organs from extended criteria donors, controlled and uncontrolled donation after circulatory death, and the ethics of xenotransplantation.
