Psychiatry Grand Rounds

The Department of Psychiatry provides Psychiatry Grand Rounds and Behavioral Health/Psychology Grand Rounds with the latest updates in clinical treatments and scientific research. Our lectures feature NYU Langone faculty and thought leaders in the most important areas of mental healthcare and research.

Accreditation

NYU Grossman School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

We also offer continuing education (CE) credits for psychologists. NYU Langone Health and NYU Grossman School of Medicine are recognized by the New York State Education Department’s State Board for Psychology as an approved provider of CE for licensed psychologists, #PSY-0085.

Psychiatry Grand Rounds 2022–23 Schedule

Our Psychiatry Grand Rounds are held weekly on Thursdays at 11:00AM from September through the summer of each academic year. These virtual lectures are eligible for continuing medical education (CME) credit and continuing education (CE) credit for psychologists and will be available via Zoom.

Behavioral Health/Psychology Grand Rounds 2022–23 Schedule

Our Behavioral Health/Psychology Grand Rounds are held the third Wednesday of each month from 12:00-1:00PM via WebEx. These monthly state of the science presentations focus on research, evidence-based innovative clinical care, and educational practices with an emphasis on ethics, access, and diversity. They also provide an opportunity to become more familiar with the work of NYU Langone psychologists and to foster collaborations and referrals between programs and community, and gain important knowledge from external speakers.
