Tuition for this fellowship is $5,000 and requires 19 to 20 hours of dedicated time each month for the duration of the 9-month program. Candidates must be able to attend all live didactic sessions, with the remaining learning completed online or at your organization.

A variety of options are available to assist with tuition.

NYU Langone Candidates

Tuition will be waived for all selected for all selected candidates currently employed by NYU Langone. The fellowship provides 172 hours of paid, protected time to fellows over the 9-month period in place of your current working hours. This fellowship does not support overtime.

External Candidates

We offer a variety of options to assist external candidates with tuition:

Health Equity Scholars

The candidate who receives the designation of Health Equity Scholar in the fellowship will be guided by a mission to promote equity in health outcomes; create a culture of inclusive excellence in nursing; and lead in the development, implementation, and dissemination of holistic, evidence-based solutions in health equity, aligned with the mission of NYU Langone’s Institute for Excellence in Health Equity. Match Program

NYU Langone will match your employers’ contribution up to $1,500. Your monthly tuition will reflect the remaining balance. (Example: Your employer pays $1,500, we pay $1,500, and you pay $2,000).

Institutional Sponsorship

Your employer fully covers the cost of your tuition.

Self-Pay

We offer an installment plan to help you cover the cost of tuition. Tuition may be paid for in eight installments of $625. We are happy to arrange additional financial payment plans that meet your needs.

All applicants will be notified of acceptance to this program by November.
