Annual Neuroscience Retreat

Every year, the School of Medicine holds a Neuroscience Retreat at the Mohonk Mountain House, a two-hour drive north from New York City, for all members of the NYU neuroscience community and beyond. Faculty and students present their work through short talks and posters and take time out to enjoy the outdoors.

April 2017 Neuroscience Retreat

For our 10th retreat, we featured two keynote speakers: Karl Deisseroth (Stanford) and Tamas Freund (Hungarian Academy of Sciences). In addition, the nearly 200 attendees enjoyed two full days of talks featuring faculty, postdocs, and students from across our community, two poster sessions with 68 posters, and late-night trivia with an NYU theme. April 2016 Neuroscience Retreat
