NOTE: We will have a new LIMS in May. If you're planning to submit in May, please do not follow the instructions below.

To submit a request to the Genome Technology Center, investigators need a Kerberos ID and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) access.

If you do not have a Kerberos ID, email #mcitresearchit@nyumc.org, including your full name and date of birth. One of our staff members can create an ID for you. This process may take one to two weeks, so plan ahead.

After you have access, you can place a service request by logging into LIMS. In your service request, include a valid chartfield to ensure we can process your request. If you do not have a chartfield yet, work with the NYU School of Medicine principal investigator, department administrator, or laboratory manager associated with your experiment to set up a billing project.
