NYU Langone’s Department of Neurology works closely with the Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative Care, and Pain Medicine to offer a one-year, Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)–accredited multidisciplinary pain medicine fellowship. Shengping Zou, MD, directs the fellowship, which trains future pain medicine specialists in the diagnosis and management of pain disorders.

Fellowship training takes place at NYU Langone’s Center for the Study and Treatment of Pain. The program is open to neurologists who have completed a neurology residency program.
