NYU Langone’s Department of Neurosurgery is committed to producing the next generation of leading neurosurgeons. Our core mission is to foster the cognitive, technical, academic, administrative, and humanistic capabilities of our trainees, allowing them to become highly motivated, confident, and clinically excellent neurological surgeons.

Our program equips residents, fellows, and medical students to contribute to the advancement of neurosurgery through the improvement of patient care and through the discovery, implementation, and evaluation of new treatments and technologies.
