Grant Support

Research Intranet
A centralized location for all important research resources and offices, allowing research investigators and administration to perform their daily activities within one workspace. Features include: all necessary research administration offices and resources accessible directly from the homepage; sections, such as “Funding Opportunities” and “Forms,” to help improve workflows; communities, such as “Research Community,” to provide updates about important news and events and allow a venue to post questions and comments; and customized individual profiles to facilitate collaborations and interactions.

Sponsored Programs Administration
Grants must be approved by SPA (the grants office for NYU Langone) before they can be submitted in order to obtain institutional endorsement. You should notify SPA in advance when you plan to submit a grant. Note: SPA must receive a paper copy of ALL portions of the grant, including a draft of the scientific proposal and both internal and external forms, at least 7 business days before the submission deadline.

SPA also manages post-award negotiations and compliance of award terms. Many of these processes are described below.
