Cardiac Amyloidosis: Diagnosis and Novel Therapeutics in 2024

This is a live and virtual course designed for cardiologists, internists, nurse practitioners, nurses, physician assistants, and anyone who cares for patients with different types of amyloidosis. This course will emphasize cardiac manifestations of amyloidosis, and experts in the fields of cardiac imaging, electrophysiology, and advanced heart failure and transplantation will discuss new diagnostic and therapeutic options. Cardiometabolic Risk in Inflammatory Conditions: Emerging Insights and Treatment of Inflammation in Cardiovascular Disease

This course covers state-of-the-art topics on the management of patients at elevated risk of cardiovascular and cardiometabolic disease due to underlying systemic inflammation. This course is designed to provide an informative and practical guide towards the clinical management across a spectrum of cardiovascular conditions in those with systemic inflammation, who are at risk for accelerated atherosclerosis and with such disease states as recurrent pericarditis, and autoimmune conditions including rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and scleroderma.
