In addition to our Gastroenterology and Hepatology Three-Year Clinical Fellowship, NYU Langone’s Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology offers three advanced fellowships for highly qualified candidates:

Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship

Our one-year Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship, which accepts two fellows each year, provides specialized training in a range of interventional endoscopic procedures.

Advanced Fellowship in Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Our one-year Advanced Fellowship in Inflammatory Bowel Disease, which accepts one candidate each year, provides comprehensive training and thorough inpatient, outpatient, and research experience.

Advanced Fellowship in Transplant Hepatology

Our one-year Advanced Fellowship in Transplant Hepatology provides extensive inpatient and outpatient clinical experience and the opportunity to conduct clinical research in liver disease and liver transplantation.

Research Fellowship Training Program

Our one-year Inflammatory Bowel Disease Research Fellowship Training Program, offered through our Inflammatory Bowel Disease Research Program, provides an immersive research experience to physicians interested in inflammatory bowel disease. Fellows dedicate 90 percent effort toward research and 10 percent toward outpatient-based clinical activities.
