In collaboration with NYU School of Medicine’s Continuing Medical Education office, the Department of Medicine provides a variety of educational opportunities to enhance the knowledge and skills of physicians and healthcare providers in the New York City area.

Our continuing medical education (CME) programs are taught by leaders in medicine and emphasize the latest technologies, procedures, and research findings to promote the highest standards of patient care. Our activities feature interactive teaching techniques, case-based education, hands-on simulation, reflective exercises, and self-assessments.

Our weekly Medicine Grand Rounds are approved for 1.0 CME credit. You can browse a list of all upcoming live CME activities and enduring CME materials.

NYU School of Medicine also offers support and resources for CME course directors and speakers to assist with planning and in receiving accreditation for a CME course.
