Contact Human Research Protections

NYU Langone Human Research Protections (HRP) teams are available to answer questions and address concerns about human subjects research projects and more.

HRP is composed of several distinct areas:

  • Institutional Review Board (IRB) Operations
  • Quality Improvement and Assurance (QIA)
  • External Relations (includes single IRB and external IRB)
  • Embryonic Stem Cell Research Oversight (ESCRO) Committee
  • HRP Training and Education

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Our main phone line is available during regular business hours to direct you to a team member best suited to your need. Please call or leave a message at 212-263-4110. If you leave a message after hours, please include your phone number and availability for a call back, and a staff member will return your call within one business day. Please allow additional response time if you have contacted us over the weekend.
