The NYU neuroscience community convened on April 4–5, 2019, for the 12th Annual Neuroscience Retreat at NYU Langone. Members of the community were encouraged to attend to learn about research from across the neuroscience community and connect with colleagues. The two-day retreat featured a number of short talks and breakout sessions that represent a cross-section of the collaborative and innovative research taking place at NYU and NYU Langone. We also hosted a special edition of “Growing Up In Science” with our keynote speaker, Leslie Vosshall, PhD, Howard Hughes Medical Investigator (HHMI) at The Rockefeller University; a panel discussion on science advocacy and neuroscience; and poster sessions that provided many opportunities for networking.
As a preventive measure related to COVID-19, the 13th Annual NYU Neuroscience Retreat has been cancelled. We apologize for the inconvenience. More information will follow regarding the rescheduled date.
