Bigfoot Spectral Cell Sorter Biosafety Level

Bigfoot Spectral Cell Sorter Sample Preparation

  • Acceptable sample tubes are polypropylene 12 × 75 mm tubes, 15-mL tubes, bullet tubes, or 1.5-mL microcentrifuge tubes.
  • Concentration should be 10–20 × 106 cells/mL (allows for ideal pressure and best use of time).
  • Always bring extra media to dilute if necessary.
  • Filter all samples as close to sorting time as possible.

Bigfoot Spectral Cell Sorter Sample Collection

  • Up to 6  1.5ml tubes
  • Up to 6  5ml tubes
  • Up to 4  15ml tubes
  • 8 well PCR strips (10X)
  • 6, 12, 24, 96, 384, 1536 well plates
  • 96 and 384 deep well plates
  • 1 50ml tube with: 3 1.5ml tubes, 3 5ml tubes, or 2 15ml tubes
  • Bulk sorting: 6 tube sample loader, up to 3 sort output sets
  • Multi-stream plate sort modes (up to 4 streams)
