• BSL-1 (Cells from murine or non-human species that have not been exposed to any microbial agent, but have been genetically modified using non-viral methods)

BD FACSymphony A5 Sample Preparation

• Use only 12 × 75 mm polystyrene sample tubes (polypropylene tubes are not compatible).
• Concentration should be 1–5 × 10⁶ cells/mL in at least 250 mL.
• Always bring extra media to dilute if necessary.
• Filter all cells.
